He refers to Human Feelings as subtle currents, component liquid, part electric that arise as vital energy moving within, around, and between us, animating spirits, coloring thoughts, influencing dreams, heartening connections, and providing the raw material for our own bodies and imaginative efforts. What a gorgeous way to describe what we understand as feelings!

All our emotions manifest as shifting (arising, vibrating, gathering, flowing, expanding, boiling) energy. As soon as we have a feeling of any kind we encounter a concrete movement of vital energy in our body. The energy moving comprises the feeling: such energy moving is emotion.

When we develop we aren’t taught how to take care of emotions, the way to admit them and cope with them in a beneficial manner. How often do we have an open discussion about emotions and feelings with our loved ones? It is quite uncommon, and this is in part emotion often issues and torments us.

Over time people create strategies for feeling less because emotion appears to frighten us, we find ways to suppress our psychological experience. We all learn to deaden outside feelings, to turn off the sensation, to numb out. We work to prevail, unaffected by the changes in life. Nothing more unhealthy an unnatural that!

Society often tells us that psychological expression is owned by the world of kids while maturing means becoming one’s feelings in check. In today’s society, psychological men and women are often considered weak; we favor those who stay business and clearheaded through the worst times. We especially hate the messiness of psychological display. It’s often wrongly believed that religious advancement requires the taming of somebody’s feelings. We attempt to”avoid pain” by an act without feeling doing things rationally and logically, and by doing this, we’re only denying our individual nature.

As soon as we don’t accept life’s changes and resist them, we experience a range of negative emotions such as disappointment, sadness, feeling of guilt, anger, bitterness, etc.. All those emotions are a part of our humanness as well and, they provide the raw material to react effectively if we channel them correctly.
